It does have is a tube station on the northern line and a good supply of Victorian terraces and 1930s semis, both of which make it an attractive choice for first time buyers in search of relatively cheap houses and conversion flats.

Raynes Park - SW20
Raynes Park, which lies to the south of Wimbledon Common, is generally slightly cheaper than Wimbledon.
